Bonita Clemons
Bonita Dianne Clemons is a farmer.
In 2001 she launched the grassroots organization, “Dianne’s Call”. Its mission is to connect families with fresh, nutritious foods.
Since Bonita is dedicated to teaching concepts around Self-Care and Leadership, in 2016 she galvanized a group of Black Women to; work collectively, strive for optimal health, and spur economic development through farming. We are “FarmaSIS” - we grow our own medicine.
She received her certification as a Health Counselor from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Benedict College.
She is proud to be a member of the Foundation board and enjoys having an impact on the bright minds of our future.
